Responsive Considerations - OUGD503

1. Always show the finished product first before showing the process that you have taken, initial surprise to impress.

2. Always show the product in context, mock it up digitally onto a product. Always use products such as Apple to show work on as these has strong semiotics that reflect. Books, business cards etc.

3. Take quality photographs of work to show the real version, allows texture and more realistic depth. Show the physical format.

4. Show people using it. Present it in the context which it would be used. In peoples hands, someone using a website etc.

5. Show a product as a range, a full scale collection to show how it would all work together even if the brief doesn't specify this.

What could I propose and how can I propose it?

- What does it look like when it is actually on a product?
- How does an app function
- Always consider scale: using mock ups helps to see this for client.
- Does it work as a campaign? Competition briefs - how can it be maximised?
- Could also use a vector for mock ups
- The reader of your proposal knows nothing about you, your skills or your idea. Lay down all details and information.

- Show research
- Who needs it?
- Why do the need it?
- What evidence can you provide to support your argument?
- What circumstances have created this need?
- Don't make empty statements.
